At Eatyone, customer satisfaction is our priority. Since our products are custom print-on-demand items, please read our policy carefully.
1. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within [2] hours of placing them, before they go into production. Once printing has started, cancellation is not possible.
2. Returns
Since all products are made specifically for you, we do not accept returns for size, color preference, or change of mind.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within [48 hours] of delivery with:
- Order number
- Photo/video of the damaged/defective product
- Photo of the packaging (if damaged)
We will offer a free replacement or full refund after verification.
4. Refund Process

- Wrong size ordered by the customer
- Change of mind after order placement
