If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns.
The following terms are applicable for any products that you’ve purchased from us.
We have a 7-day replacement policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a replacement.
To be eligible for a replacement, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Unboxing video proof is a must to claim replacement.
Your Order Cancellation Rights
You are entitled to cancel your order within 7 days without giving any reason for doing so.

We will reimburse you no later than 7 days from the day on which we receive the returned Goods. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the Order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
Conditions for Returns
If your replacement is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label soft copy, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a replacement will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception, make a video proof while unboxing, and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
We do not provide refunds for customized products.
